The Marketing Coordinator will oversee all Marketing activities at Sandcastle, plus assist Kennywood. Success in this position will result in increased attendance and revenue on a yearly basis.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of new and existing Marketing tactics, demonstrate strong writing abilities and creative thinking, and exhibit a passion for guest service and entertainment.

Oversee and manage all aspects of Marketing for Sandcastle Water Park, including ticketing programs, promotional events, in-park events and season pass program, among other areasProduce creative Marketing content and initiatives that help park achieve yearly goalsManage the Sandcastle Water Park website and its contentGenerate and distribute B2C email campaigns on a consistent basisWork with revenue-generating departments to maximize potential for in-Park spending using social media, promotions, in-park signage and other media available to connect with guestsPartner with HUB Content Manager to produce content for all Social Media channelsLeverage social platforms to increase awareness and engage fans with the goal of translating interactions into sales and visitsDesign creative, including in-park signage and website, email, social, and print assetsCollaborate with agencies to create branded collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, signs, and digital adsEnsure park brand and voice consistency across all channelsWork with in-park entertainment management teams to promote and market events to drive park attendanceOther duties, as assignedQualifications :
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or a program of a related field is preferredFlexible schedule - must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during the operating seasonExperience in the entertainment or amusement and attractions industry is a plus but not required
